I think what we want to use for this piece instead of cueing, is
"quoting".  This is described in the Lilypond documentation.  It
usually includes everything about the music being inserted, including
slurs, dynamics, articulation, etc, which otherwise wouldn't be
included in a cue.  This would be closer to the typesetting that is
found in the original piece.

We may need to, however, decrease the magnification of the notes
during the quote in order to get the effect of a cue.
