1.04 is not creating tickets in Zendesk. The previous versions worked. Additionally, what parameter would I need to add to "Not" create tickets for a particular sensor underneath a group? For example, we would create a ticket notification template under the root device such as location, but do not want this prtg script to create tickets for cameras or AP's. Thank you.
