#1 Shunting signal borked after migrating to advtrains_supplemental fork

  • right clicking any existing shunting signals crashes the server
  • digging any existing shunting signals returns an unknown item
  • all 4 rotations of both active and inactive shunting signal shown in creative inventory

Fix in #2 was good. I have posted advtrains/advtrains#15 while testing it, because the shunting signal suffers the same usability bug as the Ks equivalent.
