#107 Allow checking for updates regardless of "no recent updates warning"

Iceraven has just released a new version, however due to the addition of the "No recent updates" hard warning (which I think strips users of control whether they want to accept the risk or not), I'm unable to use the app to update to the latest version.

The app should allow for checking new versions even if the "No recent updates" hard warning is applied.

(notabug.org is currently not accepting my 2nd login factor - that's why I'm using this account)

I agree - I will fix it as soon as poosible.
