Create Stellaris .Mod files

User guide:

1) Change path in the STELLARIS_MOD_FOLDER variable in the python script file if needed

# Global
STELLARIS_MOD_FOLDER ="/.local/share/Paradox Interactive/Stellaris/mod/"

2) Delete//move your .mod files from the Stellaris //mod directory

3) Run python script

python3 createModFilesStellaris.py

4) Open game launcher multiple times, check if mods are loaded
