[TCOTD2] Version bump to GZDoom 4.11.3. 4.11.1 and 4.11.2 contain critical save game bugs, let's make sure users play this in the proper version. I have personally played through the campaign, testing saving and loading extensively, and also without cheats (therefore, playing it like a normal player would) and can confirm that nothing broke with the version upgrade.
