#4 Toggle battery percentage and clock does nothing

There is no content yet.
Currently there is an option to toggle the battery percentage and the clock in the "Other" tab of options...but it doesn't effect anything whether it's toggled or not.
Turns out that I misunderstood what the toggle meant. I was kind of hoping it would toggle off/on the actual battery icon and the clock entirely.
