VotrePhraseMonsieur, aka Vpm, is a command line program that can print a phrase in your terminal randomly based on your database.
Note : Some of this features might be in development.
It just werks on Unix, Loonix and Windows, dunno for other OSes.
You just need a modern compiler (at least, with c++17) and make. Then you know how makefile work, right ?
Also, no third party libs, you can compile on the fly.

It's just a dumb idea, but I would say that I can learn new stuff like filesystems, arguments and parsing docs. idk.
