#85 Balloon blocks

The balloon blocks mod that you reviewed is really fun. Maybe add it?

On my server, spawn has hundreds of them in the air around spawn, and you can teleport to the top and bounce around until you reach the ground, or fall. Similar diversions from survival could be built on epic just for fun.

We have the laputa thingy, which provides mostly the same functionality, so won't add.
