There is a mod named EPIC, and it makes it possible for creative players to make quests and challenges and subgames. I have it on my server, and can say that, while it is not finished and is a little buggy, it is nonetheless very fun and useful. As it matures and becomes less buggy, maybe you might want to add epic to epic.
