#19 Hard to know where to craft some items.

All items crafted in stations should have a _doc_items_crafting = entry.

Still would be nice to add, but with the station crafts now showing in Unified Inventory this is much lower priority.

Will close this, as many commits will partially address, and I don't see the point in keeping track of each of them.
