Metal-Oxide Varistors are known to develop leakages over time which will shorten device lifespan if not fixed. Also size of currently used TVS is far from optimal.

Replaced a MOXVAR guarding flash LED with VCUT07B1-HD1. ESDA5-1F4 wasn't enough for it since it needs maximum of 6.8V when working. VCUT07B1-HD1 is 7V standoff, 7.3V break down and 12V clamping (at 1A).

Other variant (in case VCUT07B1-HD1 is a problem) is PTVS7V5Z1USK (8.3V breakdown voltage 13V clamp)

Remaining (around 20 pcs) MOXVARs were replaced with ESDA5-1F4 in a38086a042
