A central wikipage is needed where updated instructions will be available for people who want to start contributing either in the hardware or software aspects of the project.

This is a common issue for any opensource project. There're actually two combinable most-used ways to do this.

• write a CONTRIBUTING.md file in this repo
• write a page for contributors in the repo builtin wiki

Writing CONTRIBUTING.md is generally considered an absolutely required zero-level contributors' support. CONTRIBUTING.md is the place everyone (including website bots) will look at as a place for guidelines. So one needs to create it.
