time clumps.

filterable by user or user's can propose pieces to put forth for their higher clumps of time.

so someone could filter to not see anyone who posts more than 1 post per day
so someone could filter to not see anyone who posts more than 1 post per month
so some daily poster could propose a piece as their month clumps piece
so someone could filter to 1 month or less frequent posts including clumps...

i can word this way way better.  you get the gist tho right?

not just portance's portance, but ... ooh, frequence?  portance and frequence?  and one could put upper and lower limit ranges on frequence... even finer-grained control than just 1 range.
