  1. jPicEdt is a software aimed at alleviating the burden of using
  2. PSTricks, eepic or LaTeX's picture environment macros in a LaTeX
  3. file. It allows the user to draw graphical objects using graphic
  4. primitives (e.g. splines, arcs, polygons,...), position them easily
  5. with the mouse, and add text using LaTeX/PSTricks box commands
  6. (e.g. dashbox, psframebox,...).
  7. This is a repackaging of the JPicEdt distribution jar archive.
  8. There is a required pstricks-add.{sty,tex} available in
  9. add-ons/Tex-macros of the source. The versions supplied with
  10. Slackware's tetex package are newer and seem to work fine by default;
  11. however, if you encounter any problems with it, you might try using the
  12. files supplied with JPicEdt.
