XDRE 2 releases
Releases with Windows binaries only (it seems) are 2.06, 2.09 and 2.11.
2.14 contains both the source and binaries.
You need to download 2.14 binaries in order to run 2.14-mod MSW binaries.
2.14—2.20 are all 32-bit and use SDL 1.2.15 MinGW binaries
(http://libsdl.org/release/SDL-devel-1.2.15-mingw32.tar.gz) and wx 3.0.2.
2.21 (both 32- and 64-bit) and later are statically linked with SDL 2.0.5
and wx 3.1.0.
