As 3.30 is imminent, I thought I should at least create a token README.NetBSD
file.  I haven't had time to test ECU for a number of months, and I doubt
I'll have any time until July.  I *hope* it will compile successfully.

I have completed a limited port of ECU to NetBSD-0.9.  However, due
to time constraints it has not been tested for some time.  I will
try to help with any problems, but I do not have time to complete
any new work until at least July.

Please note that ECU will not run under XFree86 as VMIN/VTIME kernel
support is missing.
