Markdown syntax highlighting

Plugin from https://github.com/plasticboy/vim-markdown/.
For options etc. have a look at their README file.

To install use the vim-addon-manager, do this:

$ git clone https://github.com/plasticboy/vim-markdown.git
$ cd vim-markdown
$ sudo make install
$ vim-addon-manager install markdown
