To contribute, just clone the repository, make a new branch, and then ask me to pull any of the changes.

DO NOT edit the README.md file directly. Edit the README.txt file and use pandoc to compile.
Why reST?
We use reST for a few reasons:
- It's what quite a few python packages use
- It's easy to write and more modern than texi
- It's not markdown
