Notabug.org's signup process is broken, new users are not able to sign up. I tried from several browsers / countries and got given an unrelated message about not rendering old commits for bots.
Additionally even with an account to turn to, the "report a problem" link is useless because the gogs fork that powers the site has disabled issues.
The upshot is that right no nobody new can start participating in this project. If anybody has a lead to contact the upstream and get this project forge itself fixed that would be great, otherwise maybe I would suggest setting up camp on a different forge. Migrating between forges is easy right?

@alerque, the admin @hp disabled registration due to spam. It should be working now. Can you try again?
Either way, a better way to participate right now is probably via the forum. Feel free to start new topics there. Some issues here already have matching forum threads there.
I hope that at some point we can host this repo using Vervis, the ForgeFed reference implementation. Or perhaps to Pagure, , once it's clear that we're going to implement federation in it. Idk if we'll migrate anywhere before that point, because migration causes a mess, stuff gets split across places. Tbh I haven't looked into exporting issues from Gogs and importing into Gitea or GitLab etc. Anyone wants to look into that? ^_^
@jaywink, if that's GitLab CE, Free software, then yeah it would be a candidate :) there's also Framagit which is GitLab CE

The signup process –or at least the signup form– does appear to be working again.
I realize the trouble involved in switching forges (hence my interest in the project!) and am not really advocating for it right now, but dog-fooding a reference implementation would be great eventually. Syncronizing (or whatever level of interaction is supported at the time) to/from any other compatible implementations would also be awesome.

Yeah Feneas is not CE :)
