#70 TODO: integrate uboot in retroboot. for rockchip arm platforms

very very necessary. according to swiftgeek, libreboot-paper has integration for uboot, but it doesn't matter if not. i can figure it out myself.

those rockchip platforms use google's depthcharge bootloader, which is crap (barely works for anything except chromeOS, and has so many wicked design flaws, especially that boot.img concept for kernels)

look into usb driver issues for uboot on these platforms.

TODO: write exact notes about that here. i have offline notes, and access to certain datasheets. I'm just putting this entire issue page here so i don't forget, so i will then expand it later.
