#39 note about uboot+grub on rockchip

uboot implements uefi and grub is a uefi app

i want to integrate rockchip rk3288 devices from coreboot. they can go in libreboot aswell, but libreboot20160907 uses depthcharge. i want new libreboot, and retroboot, to use grub on those platforms
