#122 T440P Does not Boot

Tested with 4a6ff89915be4176487797c9b78c87545fb011f1. Machine blinks lights and beeps. The backlight does not come one. I found that the problem is the same when building from the latest coreboot. Roms compiled with coreboot 4.13 work though. This issue is exactly the same as reported on [this coreboot issue.](https://ticket.coreboot.org/issues/310) Interestingly, later comments in that issue seem to indicate that the problem was [patched](https://review.coreboot.org/q/topic:%22haswell-peg-woes%22) at the time and that reverting to 4.13 was not needed. I found that this was not true in my case. Roms were not bootable when created with coreboot HEAD, the latest release, or osboot.
