1)Not sure if I'm missing something, I enabled all blocking but Cloudflare hosted sites seem to stay unblocked. Try with pof.com, nothing gets blocked while 'Block Cloudflare MITM Attack' says it's hosted by CF.

2)While I'm using uMatrix (blocking all 3rd party elements) how can Cloud Firewall say it's blocking this and that? Are the two extension conflicting?

3)If yes, can you add an option to block ONLY hosted-based sites and not single elements? The same way 'Block Cloudflare MITM Attack' does.

Your first point seems to be a real bug. Cloud Firewall has a built-in list of IP address ranges for each cloud provider. My guess is that Cloudflare has bought additional IP address ranges as the block was definitely working some time ago. I'll refresh the blocklist for the next release.
The second one is no problem. I have no experience with uMatrix but I use uBlock Origin which works in a similar way, doesn't it? They both see which addresses are trying to load. If both or only one of them wants to block a address,it's getting blocked. Only if a address passes through both extensions,it's loaded.
