Interview with three questions
2021-06-09
1. What is your world view: Curiosity or patience? (or both?)
2. How are your movements: Gross motor skills or fine motor skills? (or both?)
Questions 1 and 2 were too easy? Or do you say "both" twice? There is more on the back.
Question 3 is a little more complicated:
3. Who are yours Friends: Same Age or Same Sex? (or both?)
Imagine: You are sitting at a table with your friends, four people in total.
Do the four people have Same age or Same sex?
Same age means → Mixed gender: 2 women + 2 men
Same sex means → mixed age: 2 young + 2 old

Evaluation
Questions 1 and 2 show your element:
1. Fire = curiosity + fine motor skills
3. Air = curiosity + gross motor skills
2. Earth = patience + gross motor skills
4. Water = patience + fine motor skills
If you have answered question 1 or question 2 with "Both" then you must choose one from two elements.
Example: Curiosity and both → fire or air (the two curious elements).
New question: Which of the two elements is stronger?
Each element can play two subtypes: 3 ← 1 → 4 || 3 ← 2 → 4 || 1 ← 3 → 2 || 1 ← 4 → 2
Your subtype can change depending on which people are around you.
Where exactly do I play which subtype? An answer gives my book "Pallas - Construction of Extended Families"
Question 3 shows your subtype:
Your subtype is on the diagonal in your circle of friends.
If you must choose one from two elements, then here, the two elements must be on a diagonal.
Example: fire or air → friends have same gender (only here 1 and 3 are diagonal)
Friends have same age
("Normal" education)
Friends have same sex
Your friend-circle:
M1 F2
F3 M4
or
F1 M2
M3 F4
MF = Male Female
1234 = Fire Earth Air Water
Your friend-circle:
S1 L2
L4 S3
or
L1 S2
S4 L3
SL = Small Large = young old
1234 = Fire Earth Air Water
Example: element fire + man → M1,
Friends have same age → friend-circle M1-F2-M4-F3-M1 → Subtype is M4
How does a friend-circle work? - Partner exchange:
The two friends on a diagonal are shared by the other two friends
Example: Friends have same age
1 2 4 3 1 2 4 3 1 2 4 3 1 2 4 3
The answers were too short? Here are the same answers, just in different words.
In theory: one side should always be stronger, in practice: your subtype will skew the answers.
Your Subtype should have more influence on mental characteristics, less on body-characteristics.
"Normal" education produces rather neutral curiosity/patience and clear fine/gross motor skills.
Five boxes: -2 -1 0 +1 +2 = clearly left, more likely to the left, neutral, more likely to the right, clearly to the right (not political)
