#658 [Feature request] Support for Boot Loader Specification config files

Open

Resources:

BLS Scope:

  • Currently only uefi apps and linux, doesn't even bother to cover multiboot spec

Bootloader already supporting it or having patches to support it

Distros that are using/migrated to BLS config files

Challenges:

  • libreboot's grub.cfg has to give some priority to BLS configs. Should it be equal to grub.cfg ones or last resort one, or something else

Rewritten from #657
