Are the builds under Paper reproducible as is? (E.g. for ARM)

100% of the current test batch on https://tests.reproducible-builds.org/coreboot/coreboot.html are reproducible.

What is the difference to coreboot here?

Things besides coreboot obviously, machine is not going to be usable with coreboot alone (already emphasized in opening comment)

Okay. It's not really clear from the 2 circular linked bugtickets how someone could help with this.
