This is VCStudio version 20.111 from November 2020.

So far only a few thing are working:

Project Manager is almost finished. Project Manager Console is finished. Project Manager GTK is usable. But not quite there yet.

New Projects can be created, but not accessed. Old projects (Blender-Organizer) could be found with a scanning tool. They are launch-able. But using still the Legacy Organizer. Help window exists. But no significant help can be found there yet. Settings just link straight to the file. Which is quite not a good idea. Update links to the repository. Instead of giving update functionality.

Roadmap

20.112

Make an updater that actually works. Similar to Blender-Organizer's updater. But without the unnecessary load. It will show only how many updates are not install. And link to the WIKI page about the next update.

Make settings that actually settings. With UI widgets and stuff. At least for the stuff that is currently available for setup. I think something like breaking to categories could be a good thing. For example Blur on/off setting and themes could be in graphics. While stuff like languages could be in a system thing. But in the same time. There is not a lot of settings available to begin with.

Be able to read data from the Legacy Blender-Organizer to display it's time / percentage in the menu. Maybe some filters could be introduced to look for what projects are more urgent to do. But it's not a very needed thing. Maybe in some future release.

Some kind of early GTK thing for the new projects.

VCStudio and Blender-Organizer are free-software packages for organizing animated project. Primarily to work with Blender3D. It's written in python and distributed as a set of scripts. So in theory with little work you can make it run on any OS. It's licensed with a GNU GPLv2 license. Primarily developer of the project (2018 - 2020) is J.Y.Amihud (also known as Blender Dumbass). Some projects done with this software may include I'm Not Even Human, The Package, The Car & The Time Is Running Out and Moria's Race.
