#187 100 repository limit

I get that this is probably to keep people from putting too much of a strain on this (gratis) resource...but on some level sooner or later people are going to have >100 repositories as something that is normal. Is the next step to ask for $ for more than 100? What's the next step? Surely 'have 100 projects, and only ever 100 projects' is only going to work for a little while.

I agree that "100 repositories" is a rather small limit, but at least it is a limit. It's set by default by Gogs but can be increased; so far though, it has worked fine. I think it would be nice if Gogs implemented a different kind of limits, for example a max size per repo or max size per single file. These in my opinion would work better than limiting the sheer number of repositories. But it is what it is, for now.

ask for $ for more than 100

This was never discussed and I don't think anybody ever in the community suggested anything like that. NAB wasn't started with a commercial goal in mind, but with the good intention of providing a service to free software. On the other hand, collecting donations might be a viable option moving forward, but I'm just speculating because we don't have any fund in place right now and also we haven't discussed this in much details.

OFFTOPIC you have a repository forked from /pizzagate/pizzagate which raised a few eyebrows for containing questionable content that is not free software nor free culture material (see ToS). It might get deleted.
