#113 Ctrl + Enter/Return to send toot

When trying to finish and send a toot with the common keyboard shortcut Ctrl + Enter/Return, the action fails and nothing happens.

It would be nice if the textarea to write and send a message accepts Ctrl + Enter/Return as sufficient to send the toot immediately without having to use the mouse or Tab.

(Gitea here also doesn't likeknow it.)

Seems this was a temporary hickup; it takes a while for Halcyon to talk to Mastodon and confirm the toot is sent.
