You can view a hashtag column by searching for that hashtag.
Currently it doesn't get automatically updated when there are new posts with that hashtag but that's on the todo list.
Lists haven't been on the todo list so far but I added it now.
I can't tell you an exact release when these two features are introduced but support for automatic hashtag updates isn't that far away ;)

With the update to version 1.2.5 hashtag search pages do now automatically get updated when new posts appear if you use Mastodon (Pleroma doesn't support this streaming type unfortunately).
As I already said lists will be added later,probably with the next release but I'm not sure yet.

Thanks for the clarification. My usecase for hashtags and lists are the same. To keep an eye on people and subjects I don't want to miss.
