cc186055ee Add specific functions to get mobs or living beings inside a radius This should offer major performance improvements, since on a lot of servers, the object list is cluttered with a lot of technical entities, such as sign text, pipeworks objects, items, trains, drawer visuals, or smartshop object displays; the new functions iterate only over the mobs and/or players, so a lot of noise is ignored.
