#37 make `!info intro` configurable

It makes sense for each funbot instance to have its own intro text. To make it easy to manage, perhaps move the intro text to Config.hs. Right now it even contains a hardcoded nickname (fpbot) which is very bad since we have a second instance snowbot now.

Done. Moved the text to Config.hs.
