Recipes for poppler and libopenjpeg2 as it's depenency.

The recipe for libopenjpeg has still two comments, which result from problems in the past: line 58 #patch -Np0 -i ${worktree}/patches/openjpeg/openjpeg2_install.patch and line 70 #-DBUILD_STATIC_LIBS=OFF

The patch is not added, as it doesn't seem to be needed anymore. The comments are left for troubleshooting, but can be removed if the problems are solved.

I'm about to update the recipe(s) by upgrading to the latest versions to see if we can incorporate poppler support finally in Dragora. Thanks.
