Admins of Groups should be able to organize Bookmarks. They must be displayed in an easy to read manner that's out of the way.
Someone could try some mock ups of these ideas:
Tags (and/or tag bundles) could be displayed at the top of the Groups bookmarks.
Bookmark list (subjects or URL title) on side column of Group profile under bookmark tag list with full notices in regular spot.
The same things could be applied for individual actor's bookmarks. Perhaps as their own section on an actor's profile.
