#127 Bookmark organization

Admins of Groups should be able to organize Bookmarks. They must be displayed in an easy to read manner that's out of the way.<br /> Someone could try some mock ups of these ideas:<br> * Tags (and/or tag <a href="https://notabug.org/diogo/gnusocial/issues/125" title="issue no. 125">bundles</a>) could be displayed at the top of the Groups bookmarks. <br /> * Bookmark list (subjects or URL title) on side column of Group profile under bookmark tag list with full notices in regular spot. <br /><br /> The same things could be applied for individual actor's bookmarks. Perhaps as their own section on an actor's profile.
