When downloading 3 or less games/dlc/updates in the Freeshop, they install successfully. Attempting to download content the 4th one onward results in a failed installation of the ticket and thus the download(s) of the 4th one onward fail as well. This also affects sleep mode downloads. Closing and reopening the app doesn't solve this problem as by then even the first download attempt of reentering the app results in a fail. You would have to reboot your device so that you would be able to download content again, but then the download limit glitch of 3 or so applies again.
Update: The download limit seems to vary between 3 and 5 at the very least.
