Kaurselyle’u

Kaurselyle’u [kaursɛləlˈehu] (jbo, universal alphabet) is a meta-mode for Tengwar, the script invented (or discovered) by J.R.R. Tolkien. Being a meta-mode, it’s meant to rule them all and be compatible with all languages.
Kaurselyle’u is not an orthographic mode; instead it’s phonemic which means that it’s not written to reflect what is written in Roman alphabet but rather what is spoken.
**Disclaimer:** I am not a linguist and this is purely a hobby. Yet, contributions and constructive critique is highly welcome.
**Note:** English language is not my native one and with its multitude of dialects and rule-less orthography, and with me not being a linguist, I am not well fitted for the task of devising a Tengwar mode for this language.

You can create a sub-mode for Your favourite—or native—language, or translate already existing one.
To create a new sub-mode, copy a template directory, rename it to an ISO 639-3 identifier of the adapted language, and fill all the placeholders.
To translate an existing sub-mode, create a translation file next to the file which You translate, rename it to ISO 639-3 identifier of the language to which You translate, and add an appropriate identifier in ``index.yml``.
