% Depression

Depression is often linked to gender dysphoria, and has very similar symptoms. The two are very much intertwined. We'll say right off the bat for readers: depression is a serious problem, and it's real. It often leads to suicide and self-harm

Generally, you should see a therapist. There is nothing wrong with taking antidepressants, and you should request them. Ignore the negativity around them. The people who slam antidepressants are mostly people who have never had depression and who don't understand what it's like.
