A user can make different profiles for different settings. For example when you want to have a different profile for web, tor or i2p.
Each profile has it's own data (settings, instances, filters, user-categories).
There are two types of profiles:
stats2 profile
Profiles of this type are used when the user wants to fetch a list with searx-instances and their data from a searx-stats2 instance.
user profile
User profiles are used when the user wants to manually manage their searx-instances. There should be a option in the future to fetch additional data from a searx-instance it's /config for building a list with categories, engines and info about the instance itself.
User profiles haven't been implemented yet.
