What if there was a line of bags that had double the slots of correcsponding existing bags, but each slot could only hold one of an item? A toolbox to store tools, rats and other captured mobs, ...

Something like...
tool pouch (16 slots)
tool belt (32 slots)
small tool box (64)
tool box (128)

Or perhaps 16,32,48,64 slot progression.
